So we stopped here after a long 13-hour drive hoping to chill in the hot tub, but it was out of order. That was a bummer! The breakfast? Honestly, one of the worst we've had. The room was decent though, and the bar area looked cozy.

I enjoyed my stay, with clean rooms and a good breakfast variety. The location was easy to find. The A/C's noise disrupted my evening a bit. A pleasant experience.

Navigating to the parking lot could use clearer signage, especially when coming off South 29. I ended up going the wrong way a couple of times. The shower had inconsistent water pressure. while I initially enjoyed a strong stream, adjusting it turned the head into a drill, making it a bit of a hassle. The lighting setup was awkward—having a long mirror opposite the bedroom light meant the glare made seeing myself a challenge unless I darkened the room, which then made it too dim. Overall, minor adjustments could enhance the experience greatly.

The location was ideal for my travel purposes and I appreciated the 24/7 coffee availability. However, the bathroom door didn’t shut properly, which raised some safety concerns during my stay.

The local eats in downtown Sioux Falls are a total vibe! I hit up a few hidden gems packed with organic flair and unique flavors. Plus, the mobility accessible room was a spacious delight, makin' it easy to navigate around. That shower setup and full-length mirror were much-needed pluses!

Check-in was a bit of a head-scratcher, with the reservation mix-up.

This place is perfect for family fun! We loved the convenient access to Denny Sanford PREMIER Center, and the complimentary breakfast was a hit with my two adult kids—especially the waffles. The pool area was a great spot for relaxation after our busy days.

My kids wished for better sound on the TV. Also, it would be great if the hotel provided daily towel service for families who need extra towels.
